Villa de Golf

Located in the beautiful Golf Residences of Bahia Principe on the pristine fairway of the 7th hole. Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Golf Club was designed by the famous golf course designer Robert Trent Jones II. This property consists of two luxury homes, named Villa de Golf. The large house has a grand open floor plan. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and wet bar areas are all open thru three large slider doors with screens to your outdoor entertaining pool side. There is a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, a beautiful freestanding red professional series duel fuel range with convection option oven, a large microwave with convection oven placed within custom cabinetry, stainless like double door refrigerator with freezer drawer below, copper farmhouse sink with garbage disposal and dishwasher. Upstairs Master Spa Suite will make you feel extra special. This Suite with grand king furniture & mattress including a full sized sofa and chair for relaxing. Beautifully built in closet and built-ins with ample storage. A bright beautiful Company C rug to add color to this Suite and matching rug in bath. Two large sliding doors that lead to your outside patio seating where you can not only bird watch but enjoy views of the golf course and both pools. In your large bath you have a ladies dressing area with extra mirrors and a separate mens sink area. The soaking tub which is sized for two is surrounded by a rocked arch with lighting and a skylight large enough to star gaze while you bath. A sliding door allows plenty of light. There is an open shower behind the tub. A private toilet room with corner window.

A spacious hallway with three crystal chandeliers enhances the reading nook with small sofa and bookshelves. At the end of the hallway is a snack and coffee station for guests.

The large house comes with a very special amenity.  Enter into times past into a cave that was discovered while the houses were under construction. Entrance to the cave/wine cellar is in the living room thru the 14 foot antique door, down the staircase into the candlelit cave. The cave is approximately 20 x16 and 20 feet tall. You will enjoy dinners and parties here like never before with the antique table and 10 antique chairs. The antique chandelier is enchanting with adjustable lighting along with candlelight and lanterns to create the perfect mood.

 The large house has a large garage and equipment room with an automatic wood grained/ mirrored paneled door. A small golf garage door is on the back side. The skylights are an added amenity giving natural light to this area.

 ***The large house comes ready equipped with a dumb waiter shaft. The shaft has doors for stops at the cave level, first floor, second floor and the rooftop. Dumb waiter mechanics not included.

 ***A Swann Security Camera System has cameras with views of front and back of houses along with pool. These can be viewed anywhere from your computer or smart phone.

The smaller house is beautifully decorated thru out with quality furnishings and Company C rugs, chandeliers, and 12 ft ceilings. This home has a living room, full kitchen, island with granite countertops and large stainless farm sink. It has the same custom antiqued white cabinetry and closets.

There is a laundry off the kitchen with washer, dryer and laundry sink. This area is separated by  triple sliding doors.

 There is a powder room off the kitchen with a glass tiled ceiling, ultra modern sink and chandelier.

 There is unique storage with two large pullouts (on wheels) underneath the staircase along with a built in wine rack.

 The downstairs BR Suite is very large king suite with seating area to view the gardens between the houses. There are two large sliding doors with access to the gardens and the patio/pool area. This Suite comes with 4 large closets, built-ins and additional storage on top of closets. The bath is large with double sinks, chandeliers and glass shower.

The upstairs BR Suite is very large king suite with chaise lounge seating area to view the gardens below along with the pool. There is a large sliding doorwith access to the upper glassed patio.  Your caretakers can live upstairs in their own private suite. This Suite is quite large with full kitchen including beautiful red and silver cabinets that include a movable island/workspace with bar stools. Full sized refrigerator included. This Suite has a beautiful queen sized black carved bed. A dining area with corner windows viewing the gardens in the front of the house. Futon seating in living area with television.
