AZUL RIVIERA is one of the largest Villas in Akumal with over 5,000 square feet of living space. It is located on Yal-ku Lagoon, and has easy private access to this enormous outdoor aquarium. The swimming pool (12' x 30') is between the large palapa and the cenote & lagoon. The other palapa is located beach side to the Yal-ku Lagoon.
In addition to the villa, AZUL RIVIERA also has a small (3 room), but complete, casita to provide private detached housing for your guests or staff. Attached to the casita is the car port and the laundry room. The property has a large variety of tropical vegetation, flowers, 2 types of banana trees and several citrus trees.
