La Vista EcoFriendly condos will be the first such project in Akumal. To date, the developer has built and delivered three successful beachfront condo projects in Half Moon Bay Akumal.

He downsized the original La Vista from 12 condos to 10. La Vista Condo building has a total of only 10 units and as of mid December 2019, two have already been reserved. The project is located very close to Akumal Centro across the street from the beach on the North Akumal beach access road. It is a 4 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Akumal. Also a short walking distance to the restaurants, hotels and watering holes in central Akumal.
La Vista Condo #8 is a two bedroom/ two bath Loft condo on the second and third floor. It has 1,957 ft² of space, including a private roof top balcony. The condo also comes with a non-assigned parking space. All La Vista condos are sold un-furnished. However, they include a gas range/oven with exhaust hood, marble floors, central A/C, granite counter tops, bathroom fixtures and beautiful local wood doors and cabinetry.
